BT Employees definition

BT Employees means the people employed by BT and our sub-contractors that BT consider suitably qualified to perform the BT Security Advisory Service.
BT Employees means any person employed by BT, as well as any agents, subcontractors or others acting on behalf of BT, who carry out work under or in connection with this Contract. BT Group Company means a BT subsidiary or holding company, or a subsidiary of that holding company, all as defined by Section 736 of the Companies Act 1985 as amended by the Companies Act 1989.
BT Employees means the persons named in part 2 of Schedule 14;

Examples of BT Employees in a sentence

  • One time per year, 11 prior to the forfeiture of BT, Employees who have greater than 320 hours shall have the option to 12 convert up to 80 hours to cash, down to a balance of 320 hours.

  • BT will try to maintain continuity of the BT Employees who perform the Service but reserves the right at any time to change those employees.

  • One time per year, prior to the 14 forfeiture of BT, Employees who have greater than 320 hours at that time shall have the option to 15 convert up to 80 hours to cash, down to a balance of 320 hours.

  • Without prejudice to Clause 10.2, the Principal Seller shall not be liable under the Principal Seller’s Warranties in relation to any matter forming the basis of a claim of which any of the BT Employees was aware on or before the date of this Agreement.
