Budgeted EBITDA definition

Budgeted EBITDA means, for any fiscal year of the Company, the EBITDA for the Company and its consolidated subsidiaries for such fiscal year set forth in the budget for such fiscal year adopted by the Board.
Budgeted EBITDA has the meaning set forth in Section 7.02(d).
Budgeted EBITDA means, with respect to the Managed Properties, the amount of “Budgeted EBITDA” as set forth in the Approved Annual Plan and Operating Budget.

More Definitions of Budgeted EBITDA

Budgeted EBITDA for any year means the amount of EBITDA that the Company projects to achieve during such year, as specified in the definitive annual budget of the Company for such year approved by the Board. For the year ending December 31, 1997, Budgeted EBITDA means $52 million.
Budgeted EBITDA means the amount of assumed EBITDA budgeted for the Performance Cycle to calculate individual Target Award Amounts.

Budgeted EBITDA for each fiscal year shall mean the EBITDA that is reflected in the Company's annual budget for each fiscal year approved by the board of directors prior to the beginning of the fiscal year and adopted in writing by the Committee each year within the time period required under Section 162(m) of the Internal Revenue Code and related regulations and attached to this Agreement. Budgeted EBITDA shall not be changed after the adoption by the Committee, except in the event of a substantial change in the Company's business as a result of the acquisition or disposition of a substantial amount of assets. Any such change must be adopted by the Committee in writing and attached to this Agreement.
Budgeted EBITDA means $1,542,000 for the year ended March 31, 1995, $1,912,000 for the year ended March 31, 1996, $2,168,000 for the year ended March 31, 1997, $2,559,000 for the year ended March 31, 1998 and $2,860,000 for the year ended March 31, 1999.
