The Building and Works Committee as constituted under section 9 of the Act.
The institute functions under the overall control and guidance of the Board of Governors, the other authorities of the institute are the Finance Committee, Building and Works Committee and the Senate.
The Building and Works Committee shall perform such other functions in the matter of construction of buildings and development of land for the Institute as the Board may entrust to it from time to time.
