Building Control Functions definition

Building Control Functions means all those building control functions that are the responsibility of each Partner Authority’s Executive;
Building Control Functions means the functions of a building authority under the Building Control Act 1991;
Building Control Functions means all those building control functions that are the responsibility of Xxxxxxxxx with Darwen’s Executive and/or Burnley’s Executive.

Related to Building Control Functions

  • Building Contractor means the building contractor or developer appointed or to be appointed by the Grant Recipient in respect of a Firm Scheme; Business Day means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or a statutory Bank Holiday in England;

  • School function means any school-sponsored extra-curricular event or activity.

  • external engineering service means an engineering service situated outside the boundaries of a land area and that is necessary to serve the use and development of the land area;

  • Green building strategies means those strategies that minimize the impact of development on the environment, and enhance the health, safety and well-being of residents by producing durable, low-maintenance, resource-efficient housing while making optimum use of existing infrastructure and community services.
