Building supply definition

Building supply means the pipe carrying potable water from the water meter or other source of water supply to a building or other point of use or distribution on the lot. Building supply shall also mean the water service.

Building supply whenever it is used in this letter means Don's Building Supply, L.L.P., a Texas limited liability partnership. Terms used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in the Credit Agreement.
