Bulk Waste Generator means bulk waste generator defined under Rule 3(1)(8) of the Solid Waste ManagementRules, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as 'SWM Rules') and any other waste generator including buildings occupied by the Central Government departments or undertakings, State Government departments or undertaking, Local bodies, public sector undertakings or private companies, hospitals, nursing homes, schools, colleges, universities, other educational institutions, hostels, hotels, commercial establishments, markets, places of worship, stadia and sport complexes having an average waste generation rate exceeding 100 Kg. per day ;
Bulk Waste Generator means and includes buildings occupied by the Central government departments or undertakings, State government departments or undertakings, local bodies, public sector undertakings or private companies, hospitals, nursing homes, schools, colleges, universities, other educational institutions, hostels, hotels, commercial establishments, markets, places of worship, stadia and sports complexes having an average waste generation rate exceeding 100kg per day;
Bulk Waste Generator means the owner, occupier or any other person representing owners and occupiers of House(s)/Flat(s), Group of Houses/Flats, housing society(s) / complex(s), Restaurant(s); Hotel(s), Market(s), Industrial Estate(s) and Shopping Complex(s) / Mall(s) and includes buildings occupied by the Central Government Ministries, Departments or Undertakings, State Government Departments or Undertakings, Local Bodies, Public Sector Undertakings or Private Companies, Hospital(s), Nursing Home(s), School(s), College(s), University(s), Other Educational Institutions, Hostel(s), Hotel(s), Commercial Establishment(s), Places of Worship, Stadia and Sports complexes, clubs, gymkhanas, marriage halls, recreation/entertainment complexes having an average waste generation rate exceeding 100kg per day; or other establishment sources / premises that are specifically identified and notified by the officials of Municipal Corporation/Council/Municipality/Urban Local Body of (State/UT) of the concerned Zone/area to be so;

Bulk Waste Generator means any person having an average wet waste generation rate exceeding 25 kilograms per day or 1000 kilograms of garden or horticulture waste per month and includes owner and occupier of house/flat, housing society, restaurant, hotel, market, industrial estate, shopping complex/mall, building occupied by the State or Central Government, local body, public sector undertaking, private company, hospital, nursing home, school, college, university, other educational institution, hostel, hotel, commercial establishment, place of worship, stadia and sports complex, club, gymkhana, marriage hall, recreation/ entertainment complex, etc.;
Bulk Waste Generator means C&D waste generators generating more than 20 tons or more in one day or 300 tons per project in a month.
Bulk Waste Generator means and include (i) buildings occupied by the central government departments or undertakings, State government department or undertakings, local bodies, public sector undertakings or private companies, hospitals, nursing homes, schools, colleges, universities, other educational institutions, hostels, hotels, restaurants, shops and commercial establishments, markets, places of worship, stadiums and sports complexes, clubs, marriage halls, recreation/entertainment centers, railway stations, bus stations, airports and other transportation hubs, each having an average waste generation rate exceeding 100 Kg per day; (ii) residential, apartment and housing complexes, Resident Welfare Associations and Market Associations, each having an average waste generation rate exceeding 100 Kg per day (iii) gated communities, corporate campus, technology parks and institutions with an area of more than 5000 sq m; and/or (iv) any other Waste Generator that may be notified by the ULB from time to time.
