Burn Barrel definition
Burn Barrel means a metal container used to hold combustible or flammable waste materials so that they can be ignited outdoors for the purpose of disposal.
Burn Barrel means an outdoor circular metal drum of up to 55 gallons capacity that contains burning material;
Burn Barrel means a metal barrel in sound condition no larger than a 45 gallon drum with a heavy duty screen with mesh size not greater than 7 mm over the top to prevent debris from flying out of the barrel. Vent holes must be punched in the side for ventilation, and drainage holes in the bottom and comply with all General Open Air Fire Permit provisions.
More Definitions of Burn Barrel
Burn Barrel means any container regardless of size or construction, covered with a screen having a mesh size of not more than 5 mm in which a fire can be set or maintained for the burning of materials.
Burn Barrel means a non-combustible structure or container located on public or private property, used for solid waste or recreational open burning and constructed pursuant to this Bylaw;
Burn Barrel means a steel container similar in construction to a 45-gallon drum and with a volume no greater than that of a 45-gallon drum.
