Burning Barrel means an outdoor receptacle that meets the following specifications:
Burning Barrel means a barrel or other container which is made of non- combustible materials, which is covered by a metal screen and which is used to burn combustible materials in the outdoors;

  • Barrel means forty-two (42) United States gallons of 231 cubic inches of sixty degrees Fahrenheit (60ºF) and equilibrium vapor pressure.

For purposes of this definition of "cigarette", 0.09 ounces of "roll-your-own" tobacco shall constitute 1 individual "cigarette".

  • Short-barreled rifle means a rifle having one or more barrels less than sixteen inches in length and any weapon made from a rifle by any means of modification if such modified weapon has an overall length of less than twenty-six inches.
