Business Copyrights definition

Business Copyrights means any and all Copyrights owned or purported to be owned by the Company or held for use by the Business.
Business Copyrights means all Copyrights, Copyright registrations and applications for Copyright registration that both (a) are owned by Seller Parent or its Subsidiaries and (b) are Related to the Business.
Business Copyrights means the Copyrights Related to the Businesses, including those set forth on Schedule 1.01(a)(i), but excluding the Copyrights set forth on Schedule 1.01(a)(ii).
