Seller agrees to make its employees reasonably available to the Purchaser to reasonably assist and otherwise reasonably cooperate in the preparation and prosecution of all Logic Business Patents, Logic Business Trademarks, Logic Business Copyrights, Logic Business Mask Works and Logic Business Invention Disclosures and to execute any and all applications, assignments, affidavits, and any other papers in connection: therewith to perfect Purchaser's rights in any country.
