Business Income Estimated Annual Value definition

Business Income Estimated Annual Value means the sum of the net income and continuing normal operating expenses incurred, including payroll as estimated by you in the most recent report of values on file with us.
Business Income Estimated Annual Value means the anticipated “business income” reported to us and shown in the Declarations. If no value is shown in the Declarations, the “business income estimated annual value” will be the most recent report of anticipated “business income” values on file with us.
Business Income Estimated Annual Value means the anticipated “business income” reported to us and shown in the Equipment Breakdown Coverage Summary. If no value is shown in the Equipment Breakdown Coverage Summary, the “business income estimated annual value” will be the most recent report of anticipated “business income” values on file with us.

  • This means that we will not pay the full amount of any Business Income loss if the Business Income Actual Annual Value is greater than the Business Income Estimated Annual Value at the affected location at the time of the Accident.

  • Estimated revenue means the amount of revenue estimated to be received from all sources during the budget year in each fund for which a budget is being prepared.

Gross income shall not be diminished as a result of the Security Instrument or the creation of any intervening estate or interest in the Property or any part thereof.

  • Gross Calorific Value of “GCV” shall mean that quantity of heat expressed in Kilowatt- hour produced by the complete combustion of one (1) normal cubic metre of Natural Gas at twenty-five (25) degrees Celsius and an absolute pressure of one decimal zero one three two five (1.01325) bar with excess air at the same temperature and pressure as the Natural Gas when the products of combustion are cooled to twenty-five (25) degrees Celsius and when the water formed by combustion is condensed to the liquid state and the products of combustion contain the same total mass of water vapor as the Natural Gas and air before combustion.

  • Operating Revenues means, for any, period, the gross revenues arising from the ownership and operation of the Properties during such period, including proceeds of any business interruption or rental loss insurance and amounts released from reserves, but specifically excluding Capital Proceeds, Capital Contributions and proceeds of Indebtedness.

  • Gross Fair Market Value means the value of the assets of the Company, or the value of the assets being disposed of, determined without regard to any liabilities associated with such assets.

  • Current Assessed Value means the assessed value of the District certified by the municipal assessor as of April 1st of each year that the District remains in effect.

  • Worst Value means, in respect of a ST Valuation Date, the RI Value for the Reference Item(s) with the lowest or equal lowest RI Value for any Reference Item in the Basket in respect of such ST Valuation Date.

  • Insurance Costs means the sums described in paragraph 1.1 of Part 5 of the Schedule;

  • Base Year Value means the assessed value of eligible property January 1 preceding the execution of the agreement plus the agreed upon value of eligible property improvements made after January 1 but before the execution of the agreement.
