Business Rates Relief definition

Business Rates Relief means relief from Business Rates granted by the Rating Authority under section 47 of the Local Government Finance Act 1988 (as amended) to End Users occupying Eligible Premises;
Business Rates Relief means relief from Business Rates granted by the Council under section 47 of the Local Government Finance Act 1988 (as amended) to End-User Businesses occupying Relevant Premises in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and Applicable Legislation;
Business Rates Relief means relief from Business Rates granted by the Rating Authority under section 47 of the Local Government Finance Act 1988 (as amended) to End Users occupying Eligible Premises in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and Applicable Legislation;
