Service Credits means the service credits payable to the Purchaser by the Service Provider in the event that the Service Levels are not met and identified as service credits in the Pricing Schedule.
Service Credits means any service credits specified in Annex 1 to Part A of Call Off Schedule 6 (Service Levels, Service Credits and Performance Monitoring) being payable by the Supplier to the Customer in respect of any failure by the Supplier to meet one or more Service Levels;

More Definitions of Service Credits

Any words following the terms including, include for example or any other similar expression shall be construed as illustrative and shall not limit the sense of the words, description, definition, phrase, or terms preceding those terms. References to clauses and schedules are to the clauses and schedules of this Agreement; references to paragraphs are to paragraphs of the relevant schedule to this Agreement. The Schedules and any Arrow SOF form part of this Agreement and shall have effect as if set out in full in the body of this Agreement. Any reference to this Agreement includes the Schedules.
