Service Credits definition

Service Credits means the service credits payable to the Purchaser by the Service Provider in the event that the Service Levels are not met and identified as service credits in the Pricing Schedule.

Examples of Service Credits in a sentence

  • All Service Credits shall be applied to the next invoice following the [Measurement Period / Contract Year] in which the Service Level failure occurred [subject to the earn-back procedure set forth in Section [6]].

  • Any Service Credits that have not been relieved as provided above shall be applied to the first invoice of the following Contract Year.
