Service Credits definition

Service Credits means the service credits payable to the Purchaser by the Service Provider in the event that the Service Levels are not met and identified as service credits in the Pricing Schedule.
Service Credits means any service credits specified in Annex 1 to Part A of Call Off Schedule 6 (Service Levels, Service Credits and Performance Monitoring) being payable by the Supplier to the Customer in respect of any failure by the Supplier to meet one or more Service Levels;
Service Credits means the service credits specified in Schedule 2-2 which shall be payable to the CUSTOMER by the CONTRACTOR in the event that the Service Levels are not met in respect of Ordered IT Products.

More Definitions of Service Credits

Service Credits means the sums referred to in paragraph 4.2 of the Order Form as being payable by the Supplier in respect of any failure by the Supplier to meet one or more Service Levels;
Service Credits are credits given to customers if bookinglab fails to achieve the guaranteed Service Levels. The method of calculating Service Credits is set out below.

Service Level Failure means a failure to perform the Support or deliver the Services fully in compliance with the SLA. Service Order Form (SOF): the Order Form that details the Services and the related Charges, signed by the Customer, or any other agreement between the parties in writing that details Services to be provided and any related Charges. Services: the services provided by (or on behalf of) Arrow to the Customer under this Agreement, as more particularly described in the Schedules. Term: the duration of this Agreement, including the Initial Term and any agreed Renewal Term as agreed pursuant to clause 14. Clause, schedule, and paragraph headings shall not affect the interpretation of this Agreement. A reference to a statute or statutory provision is a reference to it as it is in force for the time being, taking account of any amendment, extension, or re-enactment and includes any subordinate legislation for the time being in force made under it. Any words following the terms including, include for example or any other similar expression shall be construed as illustrative and shall not limit the sense of the words, description, definition, phrase, or terms preceding those terms. References to clauses and schedules are to the clauses and schedules of this Agreement; references to paragraphs are to paragraphs of the relevant schedule to this Agreement. The Schedules and any Arrow SOF form part of this Agreement and shall have effect as if set out in full in the body of this Agreement. Any reference to this Agreement includes the Schedules.
Service Credits means the sums attributable to a Service Failure as specified in the Specification
