If any BUSINESS TRANSFER TAX, VALUE ADDED TAX, MULTI STAGE SALES TAX, GOODS AND SERVICES TAX or any like TAX is imposed on the LANDLORD by any GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITY having jurisdiction on any RENT [whether Minimum Rent, Percentage Rent or Additional Rent] payable by the TENANT, the TENANT shall reimburse the LANDLORD for the amount of such TAX forthwith upon demand [or anytime designated from time to time by the LANDLORD] as ADDITIONAL RENT.
