Buyer Common Shares definition

Buyer Common Shares means the common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Buyer.
Buyer Common Shares means the shares of Common Stock being issued as part of the Buyer Common Share Consideration.

More Definitions of Buyer Common Shares

Buyer Common Shares means the shares of Common Shares, if any, issued by Buyer in connection with the Sales Transaction. "Buyer Common Share Value" means the market value of a single Buyer Common Share as determined by taking the average closing price per share of Buyer's Common Shares on the New York Stock Exchange, as reported by The Wall Street Journal, for the ten trading days immediately preceding the second business day prior to the Closing Date.
