Buyer Common Shares definition

Buyer Common Shares means the Common Stock, par value $.50 per share, of the Buyer.
Buyer Common Shares means the shares of Common Stock being issued as part of the Buyer Common Share Consideration.

  • The Buyer Common Shares to be issued under this Agreement have been, or prior to Closing will be, duly reserved for issuance.
