Buyer Contract definition

Buyer Contract means any Contract (a) under which Buyer has or may acquire any right, (b) under which Buyer has or may become subject to any obligation or liability or (c) by which Buyer or any of the assets owned or used by Buyer is or may become bound.
Buyer Contract shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.13.
Buyer Contract means any Contract: (a) to which Buyer or any of its Subsidiaries is a Party; (b) by which Buyer or any Buyer Subsidiary or any Buyer IP Rights or any other asset of Buyer or its Subsidiaries is or may become bound or under which Buyer or any Buyer Subsidiary has, or may become subject to, any obligation; or (c) under which Buyer or Buyer Subsidiary has or may acquire any right or interest.

Examples of Buyer Contract in a sentence

  • Where the relevant notice is a Notice of Physical Settlement or a NOPS Amendment Notice, the relevant Clearing Members shall acquire rights as against the other as though party to a bilateral credit default swap transaction on the terms of the related Matched Buyer Contract (including, without limitation, as to the satisfaction of the applicable Conditions to Settlement) and the Notice of Physical Settlement shall be deemed to have been given in respect of such transaction.

More Definitions of Buyer Contract

Buyer Contract and "BUYER CONTRACTS" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2(j).
