Buyer Letter definition

Buyer Letter means the letter from Buyer to Seller, dated the date hereof, which refers to this Agreement and is designated therein as the Buyer Letter and is organized in Schedules corresponding to Sections in Article 5 of this Agreement.
Buyer Letter means and refers to the letter from Buyer to Seller dated the date hereof and identifying exceptions to the warranties and representations set forth in, and other disclosure matters required by this Agreement, which has been prepared by Buyer. Any cross-reference in the Buyer Letter to a section, sub-section or annex shall be deemed to incorporate all disclosure in such cross-referenced section, sub-section or annex. Any matter set forth on any schedule of the Buyer Letter will be deemed to be disclosed on any other schedule of the Buyer Letter to the extent that it is reasonably apparent from such disclosure that such disclosure is applicable to such other schedule or schedules.
Buyer Letter means the letter dated the date of this Agreement that has been provided by the Buyer to the Company concurrently with the execution of this Agreement.
