Buyer Stock Option definition

Buyer Stock Option means a stock option to purchase shares of Buyer Common Stock issued by Buyer pursuant to the Buyer Equity Plan.
Buyer Stock Option means a compensatory stock option granted under a Buyer Stock Option Plan.
Buyer Stock Option means each compensatory option to purchase shares of Buyer Common Stock. “Buyer Transaction Expense” means a Transaction Expense which Buyer obligated to pay.

  • Company Stock Option means any option to purchase one or more shares of the Company’s Common Stock granted under any of the Company Stock Plans.
