Buyer Trust definition

Buyer Trust shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.9(g) hereof.
Buyer Trust has the meaning set forth in Section ‎6.4(a).
Buyer Trust means the trust established or maintained by Buyer or a Buyer Affiliate, to hold the assets funding the Buyer Pension Plan.
