By-Laws definition

By-Laws means the By-Laws of the Trust as amended from time to time;
By-Laws means the By-Laws of the Trust as amended from time to time.
By-Laws means this by-law and all other by-laws of the Corporation from time to time in force and effect;

  • This Agreement supersedes and replaces any and all prior representations, agreements and understandings relating to Member’s membership in ETI, except the By Laws.
