Cable Business definition

Cable Business means (i) any Person directly or indirectly operating, or owning a license to operate, a cable and/or television and/or telephone and/or telecommunications system or service principally within the United Kingdom and/or the Republic of Ireland and (ii) any Cable Related Business.
Cable Business means the businesses and operations of Cable, including as described in the Information Statement.
Cable Business means and refer to the cable television business and other revenue-generating businesses and related operations conducted by such Party through such Party's Systems. Reference to PARTY A Cable Business shall be deemed to refer to the Cable Business of PARTY A, and reference to PARTY B Cable Business shall be deemed to refer to the Cable Business of PARTY B.
