Examples of Cable Ordinance in a sentence
The failure of the Town to enforce any provision of this Cable Ordinance or of any Franchise or Franchise Agreement, or the failure of any Person to comply with any such provision, term or condition, shall not be a waiver of the Town's right to enforce the provision, term or condition.
The term "release" means any spilling, leaking, pumping, pouring, emitting, emptying, discharging, injecting, escaping, leaching, dumping, or disposing into the environment (including the abandonment or discarding of barrels, containers, and other closed receptacles) of any hazardous chemical, extremely hazardous substance, or toxic chemical.
The performance bond shall be so conditioned that in the event that the Cable Operator shall breach any one or more material provisions of the Franchise or this Cable Ordinance and subsequent to any notice and opportunity to cure provision of the Franchise or this Cable Ordinance, the Town may recover from the surety any penalties assessed in accordance with Section 5.6 below and any damages or costs suffered or incurred by the Town as a consequence of such breach.
This Cable Ordinance and Franchises granted pursuant hereto are intended to comply with Minnesota Statutes Chapter 238.
For purposes of this Cable Ordinance, the following terms, phrases, words, abbreviations, and their derivations shall have the meanings provided herein.
