CAF Eurodollar Rate Advance definition

CAF Eurodollar Rate Advance means any CAF Advance that bears interest at the Eurodollar Rate.

  • In the case of each CAF Eurodollar Rate Advance, a rate per annum equal at all times to the sum of the Eurodollar Rate applicable to such CAF Advance plus or minus, as the case may be, the CAF Margin specified by a Lender with respect to such CAF Advance in its Competitive Bid submitted pursuant to Section 2.04(b), payable on the date or dates specified in the relevant Competitive Bid Request.

  • Any such irrevocable offer by a Lender must be received by the Administrative Agent, in the form of Exhibit F hereto (a “Competitive Bid”), (i) in the case of each CAF Eurodollar Rate Advance, not later than 10:30 A.M. (New York City time), three (3) Business Days before the Borrowing Date specified for such CAF Eurodollar Rate Advance and (ii) in the case of each Fixed Rate Advance, not later than 9:30 A.M. (New York City time) on the Borrowing Date specified for such Fixed Rate Advance.

  • In the case of each CAF Eurodollar Rate Advance, a rate per annum equal at all times to the sum of the Eurodollar Rate applicable to such CAF Advance plus or minus, as the case may be, the CAF Margin specified by a Lender with respect to such CAF Advance in its Competitive Bid submitted pursuant to Section 2.06(b), payable on the date or dates specified in the relevant Competitive Bid Request.

  • Eurodollar Rate Advance means an Advance that bears interest as provided in Section 2.06(a)(ii).

  • Eurocurrency Revolving Loan means any Revolving Facility Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBO Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Reference Rate Loan means each portion of a Loan that bears interest at a rate determined by reference to the Reference Rate.

  • Eurodollar when used in reference to any Loan or Borrowing, refers to whether such Loan, or the Loans comprising such Borrowing, are bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBO Rate.
