  • In the event CAISO communicates instructions regarding the Customer’s Resource to TPS, TPS will, as promptly as commercially reasonable, (but in no event later than the time allowed by CAISO Protocols for the Resource to respond) relay such instructions to Customer.

Related to CAISO Protocols

  • Protocols means written directions and orders, consistent with the department’s standard of care, that are to be followed by an emergency medical care provider in emergency and nonemergency situations.
