California state preschool program means part-day and full-day educational programs for low-income or otherwise disadvantaged three- and four-year-old children.
California state preschool program means those programs that offer part-day or full-day, or both, educational programs for eligible three- and four-year-old children as well as children eligible pursuant to EC 48000(l). These programs may be offered by a public, private, or proprietary agency, and operated in childcare centers or family childcare homes operating through a family childcare home education network.
