Call Exercise Price has the meaning given in Clause 16.1 (Call Option exercise); "Call Option" has the meaning given in Clause 16.1 (Call Option exercise); "Company" has the meaning given in the introduction of this Agreement; "Company's Fair Market Value" has the meaning given in Clause 15.1.2; "Contribution Agreement" has the meaning given in Recital (B);
