The Issuer may, on giving not less than 15 nor more than 30 days' notice to the Noteholders in accordance with Condition 14 (Notices) (which notice shall specify the date fixed for redemption (the "Residual Maturity Call Option Redemption Date")), at its option, redeem the Notes, in whole but not in part, at their principal amount together with any accrued and unpaid interest up to (but excluding) the date fixed for redemption, which shall be no earlier than three months before the Maturity Date.
