Call Option Redemption Date definition

Call Option Redemption Date means the date fixed for redemption of the Notes (in whole or in part) in the Redemption Notice (which, in the event that the Call Option under this sub- paragraph 13(B) is deemed to be exercised upon the exercise of the Conversion Right by the Issuer on the instructions of the Swap Counterparty, shall not be earlier than the Collateral Right Settlement Date).

More Definitions of Call Option Redemption Date

Call Option Redemption Date means the date specified in an Option Notice being a Note Interest Payment Date or a Distribution Date during the Noteholders' Option Period.
