Call Option Redemption Date definition

Call Option Redemption Date means the date fixed for redemption of the Notes (in whole or in part) in the Redemption Notice (which, in the event that the Call Option under this sub- paragraph 13(B) is deemed to be exercised upon the exercise of the Conversion Right by the Issuer on the instructions of the Swap Counterparty, shall not be earlier than the Collateral Right Settlement Date).

• The Issuer may, on giving not less than 15 nor more than 30 days' notice to the Noteholders in accordance with Condition 14 (Notices) (which notice shall specify the date fixed for redemption (the "Residual Maturity Call Option Redemption Date")), at its option, redeem the Notes, in whole but not in part, at their principal amount together with any accrued and unpaid interest up to (but excluding) the date fixed for redemption, which shall be no earlier than three months before the Maturity Date.

More Definitions of Call Option Redemption Date

Call Option Redemption Date means the date specified in an Option Notice being a Note Interest Payment Date or a Distribution Date during the Noteholders' Option Period.

Call Option Redemption Date means a date other than the Final Maturity Date on which the Notes are to be redeemed in full.
