Make-whole Redemption Rate definition

Make-whole Redemption Rate means (i) the average of the four quotations given by the Reference Dealers of the mid-market annual yield to maturity of the Reference Security on the fourth Business Day preceding the Make-whole Redemption Date at 11:00 a.m. (Central European Time ("CET")) ("Reference Dealer Quotation") or (ii) the Reference Screen Rate, as specified in the relevant Final Terms.
Make-whole Redemption Rate means the sum, as calculated by the Make-whole Calculation Agent, of the Benchmark Rate and the Make-whole Margin.
Make-whole Redemption Rate means the average of the number of quotations given by the Reference Dealers of the mid-market yield to maturity of the Reference Security on the third Business Day preceding the Make-Whole Redemption Date at 11:00 a.m. (Central European Time (“CET”)).

Make-whole Redemption Rate means the sum of the Benchmark Rate and the Make-Whole Margin; and
Make-whole Redemption Rate means, with respect to any date of redemption, the rate per annum equal to the annual or semi-annual yield (as the case may be) to maturity or interpolated yield to maturity (on the relevant day count basis) of the Reference Bond, assuming a price for the Reference Bond (expressed as a percentage of its nominal amount) equal to the Reference Bond Price for such date of redemption;
Make-whole Redemption Rate means the average of the four (4) quotations given by the Reference Dealers of the mid-market annual yield to maturity of the Reference Security (as specified in the relevant Final Terms) on the fourth (4th) Business Day preceding the Make-Whole Redemption Date at 11.00 a.m. (Central European time (CET)). If the Reference Security is no longer outstanding, a Similar Security will be chosen by the Calculation Agent at 11.00 a.m. (CET) on the third (3rd) business day in London preceding the Make-Whole Redemption Date, quoted in writing by the Calculation Agent to the Issuer and notified in accordance with Condition 15.
