Collateral Right Settlement Date definition

Collateral Right Settlement Date means, if the Conversion Right (as defined in paragraph19) is exercised by the Issuer on the instructions of the Swap Counterparty, the date (or the latest date, if more than one) on which the Conversion Asset is receivable and/or payable in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable to the Conversion Right.If applicable, the Irish Stock Exchange and Noteholders will be notified, in respect of any such postponement of the Scheduled Maturity Date to the Final Maturity Date.
