Callout Provisions. An employee who is called back to work outside her regular working hours shall be compensated for a minimum of three (3) hours at the applicable overtime rates. She shall be compensated from the time she leaves her home to report for duty until the time she arrives back upon proceeding directly to and from work.
Callout Provisions. Regular employees who are called back to work outside normal hours, shall be compensated for a minimum of four (4) hours at the applicable overtime rates, and will be reimbursed at applicable mileage rates for portal-to-portal transportation. A callout is not an extended shift.

An employee called back to work after having completed a regular day's work, or from a regular day off, or from vacation, shall be paid at the applicable overtime premium specified in this article for a minimum of three hours or for actual time worked, whichever is greater. Travel time to and from the employee's residence will be considered as time worked.

(b) Callout time which abuts the succeeding shift:
(1) If the callout is for three (3) hours or less, the employee will be required to work the callout period and the whole of the abutting shift. ln this case, compensation shall be at overtime rates for the callout period and at straight-time rates for the regular shift.
(2) If the callout is for longer than three (3) hours, the employee will be required to work the callout period and a portion of the abutting regular shift. The portion of the regular shift which must be worked will be the regular shift less the amount that the callout exceeds three (3) hours. Compensation shall be at overtime rates for the call out period and straight time for the regular shift without shortfall.
(3) For the purpose of (1) above it is agreed that "callout" means that an employee has been called out without prior notice.
(c) When overtime is worked which does not abut the succeeding shifts there shall be an elapsed time of eight (8) hours between the end of overtime and the time the employee reports for duty on the next regular shift, with no shortfall out of his regular shift.
(d) If the elapsed eight (8) hour period following results in only two (2) hours or less of their regular shift available for work, employees shall not be required to report for work on that shift, with no shortfall.
Callout Provisions. An employee who is called back to work after working the equivalent of a normal full-time shift shall be compensated for a minimum of three hours at overtime rates.

(a) An employee who is called out for an emergency situation, after having completed their normal shift, shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours' pay at straight-time rates until they have worked in excess of eight (8) hours (in total) in that day, at which point overtime rates will apply.
(b) When overtime is worked, there shall be an elapsed time of eight (8) hours between the end of the overtime and the time the employee reports for duty on the next regular shift. Should the employee be required to commence work on the next shift without receiving the eight (8) hours free from work, then that portion of the shift that falls within the eight (8) hour period shall be compensated at overtime rates.
(c) If an employee is called out more than once in a day, each callout shall be for a separate four (4) hour minimum period if the subsequent callout is made after the initial four (4) hour period(s) has lapsed.

This clause shall not apply where the employee is provided a company vehicle for take home privileges.
(b) Hours worked on a callout prior to a regular shift will be considered as having been worked after the shift when determining overtime entitlement.
(c) Employees called out for work which does not abut the regular shift shall be compensated for a minimum of three hours at overtime rates.
(d) Employees called out for work on a day of rest shall be compensated for a minimum of three hours at overtime rates as outlined in Clause 16.6(a)(3).
