Callout Provisions. ‌ An employee who is called back to work outside their regular working hours shall be compensated for a minimum of three hours at overtime rates. The employee shall be compensated from the time they leave home to report for duty until the time they arrive back, upon proceeding directly to and from work. Any additional costs incurred as a result of being called back to work, subject to Clause 16.4(b) - Right to Refuse Overtime, shall be reimbursed by the Employer.
