Campaign funds definition

Campaign funds means contributions, interest, rebates, refunds, loans, or advances received by a candidate committee or noncandidate committee.
Campaign funds means the speaker candidate's personal funds that are devoted to the campaign for speaker and any money, services, or other things of value that are contributed or loaned to the speaker candidate for use in the candidate's campaign for speaker.
Campaign funds means any contributionsa contribution, cash, cash equivalents, and other assets received or possessed by a recipient committee as defined by Section § 82012, subdivision (a).
