Canadian Cost of Funds Rate definition

Canadian Cost of Funds Rate means a rate per annum equal to the cost of funds of the Canadian Administrative Agent as established by the Canadian Administrative Agent based on its customary practice.
Canadian Cost of Funds Rate the fixed rate of interest determined by JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Toronto Branch at or about 10:00 a.m., New York City time, on the first day of an Interest Period in respect of a Canadian Cost of Funds Loan as being sufficient to compensate JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Toronto Branch for its cost of funds for funding a Canadian Cost of Funds Loan in an aggregate amount equal to the Canadian Cost of Funds Loan and having a maturity comparable to the Interest Period relating to said Canadian Costs of Funds Loan.
Canadian Cost of Funds Rate means, with respect to each day during each Interest Period pertaining to a Canadian Cost of Funds Loan, the annual rate of interest determined by the Agent as being the arithmetic average (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the nearest whole multiple of 0.0625%) of the rates of interest (as supplied to the Agent at its request) which the Canadian Reference Banks, in accordance with their normal practice, would respectively be prepared to offer in the Toronto interbank market as at approximately 9:30 a.m. (Toronto time) on the first day of the related Interest Period for Canadian Dollar deposits in amounts comparable to each Canadian Reference Bank's Canadian Borrowing Percentage of such Canadian Cost of Funds Loan for a period comparable to such Interest Period applicable thereto.

  • If and to the extent the Canadian Borrower has not made such payment in full to the Administrative Agent, each Lender shall repay to the Administrative Agent on demand such amount distributed to such Lender, together with interest thereon at the Canadian Cost of Funds Rate for each day from the date such amount is distributed to such Lender until the date repaid.

  • A Canadian Loan funded in Canadian Dollars, bearing interest calculated by reference to the Canadian Cost of Funds Rate.

  • If and to the extent such Borrower has not made such payment in full to such Agent, each applicable Bank shall repay to such Agent on demand the amount distributed to such Bank, together with interest thereon at the Federal Funds Rate (in the case of amounts in U.S. Dollars) or the Canadian Cost of Funds Rate (in the case of amounts in Canadian Dollars) for each day from the date such amount is distributed to such Bank until the date repaid.

  • Cost of Funds Rate means, for any Accrual Period and any Lender, the rate determined as set forth below:

  • Fed Funds Rate means, for any period, a fluctuating interest rate (expressed as a per annum rate and rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16 of 1%) equal for each day during such period to the weighted average of the rates on overnight Federal funds transactions with members of the Federal Reserve System arranged by Federal funds brokers, as published for such day (or, if such day is not a Business Day, for the next preceding Business Day) by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, or, if such rates are not so published for any day which is a Business Day, the average of the quotations for such day on such transactions received by BNPLC's Parent from three Federal funds brokers of recognized standing selected by BNPLC's Parent. All determinations of the Fed Funds Rate by BNPLC's Parent shall, in the absence of clear and demonstrable error, be binding and conclusive upon NAI.

  • Eleventh District Cost of Funds Rate means: (1) the rate equal to the monthly weighted average cost of funds for the calendar month immediately preceding the month in which the particular Interest Determination Date falls as set forth under the caption “11th District” on the display on Moneyline Telerate (or any successor service) on page 7058 (or any other page as may replace the specified page on that service) (“Moneyline Telerate Page 7058”) as of 11:00 A.M., San Francisco time, on that Interest Determination Date; or (2) if the rate referred to in clause (1) does not so appear on Moneyline Telerate Page 7058, the monthly weighted average cost of funds paid by member institutions of the Eleventh Federal Home Loan Bank District that was most recently announced (the “Eleventh District Index”) by the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco as the cost of funds for the calendar month immediately preceding that Interest Determination Date; or (3) if the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco fails to announce the Eleventh District Index on or prior to the particular Interest Determination Date for the calendar month immediately preceding that Interest Determination Date, the Eleventh District Cost of Funds Rate in effect on the particular Interest Determination Date.

  • Canadian Base Rate means at any time, the greater of (a) the Canadian Prime Rate and (b) except during any period of time during which a notice delivered to Centuri under Section 5.8 shall remain in effect, the annual rate of interest equal to the sum of (i) the CDOR Rate for an Interest Period of one month at such time plus (ii) one percent (1%) per annum; each change in the Canadian Base Rate shall take effect simultaneously with the corresponding change or changes in the Canadian Prime Rate or the CDOR Rate, as applicable.

  • Available Funds Rate With respect to any Payment Date and the Notes, the per annum rate equal to the product of (1) (a) 360 divided by (b) the actual number of days in the Accrual Period, and (2) (a) Interest Funds for such Payment Date, divided by (b) the aggregate Class Principal Amount of the Notes as of the first day of the related Accrual Period.

  • Swingline Rate means, for any Interest Period, the rate as offered by the Administrative Agent and accepted by the Borrower. The Borrower is under no obligation to accept this rate and the Administrative Agent is under no obligation to provide it.

  • Federal Funds Rate means, for any day, the rate per annum equal to the weighted average of the rates on overnight Federal funds transactions with members of the Federal Reserve System arranged by Federal funds brokers on such day, as published by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York on the Business Day next succeeding such day; provided that (a) if such day is not a Business Day, the Federal Funds Rate for such day shall be such rate on such transactions on the next preceding Business Day as so published on the next succeeding Business Day, and (b) if no such rate is so published on such next succeeding Business Day, the Federal Funds Rate for such day shall be the average rate (rounded upward, if necessary, to a whole multiple of 1/100 of 1%) charged to Bank of America on such day on such transactions as determined by the Administrative Agent.

  • Canadian Base Rate Loan means a Canadian Loan that bears interest at a rate per annum determined by reference to the Canadian Prime Rate.

  • U.S. Base Rate Loan means a Loan denominated in Dollars which bears interest at a rate based upon the U.S. Base Rate.

  • Eurocurrency Rate Reserve Percentage for any Interest Period for all Eurocurrency Rate Advances comprising part of the same Borrowing means the reserve percentage applicable two Business Days before the first day of such Interest Period under regulations issued from time to time by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (or any successor) for determining the maximum reserve requirement (including, without limitation, any emergency, supplemental or other marginal reserve requirement) for a member bank of the Federal Reserve System in New York City with respect to liabilities or assets consisting of or including Eurocurrency Liabilities (or with respect to any other category of liabilities that includes deposits by reference to which the interest rate on Eurocurrency Rate Advances is determined) having a term equal to such Interest Period.

  • Adjusted Eurocurrency Rate means, with respect to any Eurocurrency Borrowing for any Interest Period, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16 of 1%) equal to (a) the Eurocurrency Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserve Rate for such Interest Period.

  • Reference Rate Loan means each portion of a Loan that bears interest at a rate determined by reference to the Reference Rate.

  • Prime Rate Spread means the difference (expressed as the number of basis points) between (a) LIBOR plus the Spread on the date LIBOR was last applicable to the Loan and (b) the Prime Rate on the date that LIBOR was last applicable to the Loan; provided, however, in no event shall such difference be a negative number.

  • Euro-Dollar Rate means a rate of interest determined pursuant to Section 2.07(b) on the basis of a London Interbank Offered Rate.

  • Domestic Rate Loan means any Advance that bears interest based upon the Alternate Base Rate.

  • Effective Federal Funds Rate means for any day the rate per annum (based on a year of 360 days and actual days elapsed and rounded upward to the nearest 1/100 of 1% announced by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (or any successor) on such day as being the weighted average of the rates on overnight federal funds transactions arranged by federal funds brokers on the previous trading day, as computed and announced by such Federal Reserve Bank (or any successor) in substantially the same manner as such Federal Reserve Bank computes and announces the weighted average it refers to as the “Effective Federal Funds Rate” as of the date of this Agreement; provided that if such Federal Reserve Bank (or its successor) does not announce such rate on any day, the “Effective Federal Funds Rate” for such day shall be the Effective Federal Funds Rate for the last day on which such rate was announced. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Effective Federal Funds Rate as determined under any method above would be less than zero percent (0.00%), such rate shall be deemed to be zero percent (0.00%) for purposes of this Agreement.

  • Swing Line Rate means an interest rate per annum offered by the Swing Line Lender with respect to the Swing Line Loans, as determined in its sole discretion, but in any event not in excess of the rate applicable to Base Rate Loans at the time of determination.

  • Eurocurrency Base Rate means, for such Interest Period:

  • Alternate Base Rate Loans means Loans that bear interest at an interest rate based on the Alternate Base Rate.

  • Adjusted Eurodollar Rate means for any Interest Period with respect to any Eurodollar Loan, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/100 of 1.00%) equal to (a) the Eurodollar Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserves.

  • Eurodollar Rate Reserve Percentage for any Interest Period for all Eurodollar Rate Advances comprising part of the same Borrowing means the reserve percentage applicable two Business Days before the first day of such Interest Period under regulations issued from time to time by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (or any successor) for determining the maximum reserve requirement (including, without limitation, any emergency, supplemental or other marginal reserve requirement) for a member bank of the Federal Reserve System in New York City with respect to liabilities or assets consisting of or including Eurocurrency Liabilities (or with respect to any other category of liabilities that includes deposits by reference to which the interest rate on Eurodollar Rate Advances is determined) having a term equal to such Interest Period.

  • Alternate Base Rate Loan means a Loan which bears interest at the Alternate Base Rate or the Default Rate.

  • Fed Funds Effective Rate means, in respect of a day, the rate of interest (expressed as an annual rate) as published in Federal Reserve Statistical Release H.15 (519) or Reuters Screen FEDFUNDS 1 Page or Bloomberg Page FEDL01 INDEX or any substituted publication therefor, charged for federal funds (dollars in immediately available funds borrowed by banks on an overnight unsecured basis) on that day or the immediately preceding day for which it had a value, or, if not available, ascertained from any other source as the Margin Loan Provider may deem appropriate.

  • Eurodollar Base Rate has the meaning specified in the definition of Eurodollar Rate.

  • FX Rate means the “noon exchange rate” as reported by the Bank of Canada on any relevant date or if applicable, the rate calculated by the Calculation Agent, between the Canadian dollar and the foreign currencies into which some Reference Shares are denominated, expressed as the amount of Canadian dollars per one unit of foreign currency.

  • Eurodollar Rate with respect to each day during each Interest Period pertaining to a Eurodollar Loan, a rate per annum determined for such day in accordance with the following formula (rounded upward to the nearest 1/100th of 1%):
