Examples of Canadian Revolving Exposure in a sentence
Upon the making of a Canadian Protective Advance by the Canadian Agent (whether before or after the occurrence of a Default) to the Canadian Borrower, each Canadian Revolving Lender shall be deemed, without further action by any party hereto, to have unconditionally and irrevocably purchased from the Canadian Agent without recourse or warranty, an undivided interest and participation in such Canadian Protective Advance in proportion to its Applicable Percentage of the Canadian Revolving Exposure.
Except for Canadian Overadvances permitted under Section 2.05, in the event and on such occasion that the total Canadian Revolving Exposure exceeds any of the limits or sublimits contained in Section 2.01(b), the Canadian Borrower shall prepay the Canadian Revolving Loans, Canadian LC Exposure and/or Canadian Swingline Loans in an aggregate amount equal to such excess.
No Canadian Letter of Credit shall be issued, amended, renewed or extended if (and upon issuance, amendment, renewal or extension of each Letter of Credit, the Borrowers shall be deemed to represent and warrant that), after giving effect to such issuance, amendment, renewal or extension, the sum of the Canadian Revolving Exposure plus the Canadian Letter of Credit Exposure would exceed the Canadian Sublimit.
The Administrative Agent shall at all times monitor the Dollar Equivalent of all outstanding Canadian Revolving Exposure.
In no event shall Overadvance Loans be required that would cause (i) the aggregate outstanding U.S. Revolving Exposure to exceed the aggregate U.S. Revolving Commitments, (ii) the aggregate outstanding Canadian Revolving Exposure to exceed the aggregate Canadian Revolving Commitments or (iii) the aggregate outstanding Revolving Exposure to exceed the aggregate Revolving Commitments.
