Canadian Revolving Exposure definition

Canadian Revolving Exposure means, with respect to any Lender at any time, the sum of (a) the outstanding principal amount of such Lender’s Canadian Revolving Loans and Canadian Swingline Exposure at such time, plus (b) an amount equal to its Applicable Percentage of the aggregate principal amount of Canadian Overadvances and Canadian Protective Advances outstanding at such time.
Canadian Revolving Exposure means, with respect to any Canadian Lender at any time, the sum of (a) the outstanding principal amount of Canadian Revolving Loans of such Canadian Lender at such time, plus (b) an amount equal to such Canadian Lender’s Applicable Percentage of the aggregate principal amount of the Canadian Swingline Loans outstanding at such time, plus (c) an amount equal to the such Canadian Lender’s Applicable Percentage of the aggregate Canadian LC Exposure outstanding at such time, plus (d) an amount equal to such Canadian Lender’s Applicable Percentage of the aggregate principal amount of the Canadian Overadvances outstanding at such time.

  • Upon the making of a Canadian Protective Advance by the Canadian Agent (whether before or after the occurrence of a Default) to the Canadian Borrower, each Canadian Revolving Lender shall be deemed, without further action by any party hereto, to have unconditionally and irrevocably purchased from the Canadian Agent without recourse or warranty, an undivided interest and participation in such Canadian Protective Advance in proportion to its Applicable Percentage of the Canadian Revolving Exposure.

The Canadian Swingline Exposure of any Lender at any time shall be its Applicable Percentage of the total Canadian Swingline Exposure at such time. “Canadian Swingline Loan” means a Swingline Loan made to a Canadian Borrower. “Capital Expenditures” means expenditures made or liabilities incurred for the acquisition of any fixed assets or improvements (or of any replacements or substitutions thereof or additions thereto) which have a useful life of more than one year and which, in accordance with GAAP, would be classified as capital expenditures. “Cash Collateralize” has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(j). Derivatives of such term have corresponding meanings.
