Canadian US$ Libor Loan definition

Canadian US$ Libor Loan means any Canadian Revolving Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Canadian US$ Libor Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • If no Interest Period is specified with respect to any requested US Eurodollar Loan or Canadian US$ Libor Loan, the applicable Borrower shall be deemed to have selected an Interest Period of one month’s duration.

  • Upon the occurrence and during the continuation of a Canadian Event of Default, the Canadian Lender may (in its sole discretion) convert, at the Equivalent Amount, if applicable, a Canadian US$-Denominated Base Rate Loan or Canadian US$ Libor Loan owing by Canadian Borrower, to a Canadian Prime Rate Loan.

  • Thereafter, the applicable Borrower may elect to convert all or a portion of such Borrowing to a different Type or to continue all or a portion of such Borrowing and, in the case of a US Eurodollar Borrowing or a Canadian US$ Libor Loan, may elect Interest Periods therefor, all as provided in this Section 2.09.

  • Interest on Canadian US$ Libor Loans shall be calculated on the principal amount of the Canadian US$ Libor Loan outstanding during such period and on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed divided by 360.

  • If any such Interest Election Request requests a US Eurodollar Borrowing or Canadian US$ Libor Loan but does not specify an Interest Period, then applicable Borrower shall be deemed to have selected an Interest Period of one month’s duration.

  • If an Interest Election Request with respect to a US Eurodollar Borrowing or Canadian US$ Libor Loan is not timely delivered prior to the end of the Interest Period applicable thereto, then, unless such Borrowing is repaid as provided herein, at the end of such Interest Period such Borrowing shall be continued as a US Eurodollar Borrowing or Canadian US$ Libor Loan, respectively, in each case, with an Interest Period of one month’s duration.

  • Eurocurrency Interest Period means with respect to any Eurocurrency Rate Borrowing, the period commencing on the date of such Borrowing and ending on the numerically corresponding day in the calendar month that is one, two, three or six months (or, to the extent agreed to by the Agent and each Lender making such Eurocurrency Rate Borrowing, twelve months or any shorter period) thereafter, as a Borrower may elect; provided that (a) if any Eurocurrency Interest Period would end on a day other than a Business Day, such Eurocurrency Interest Period shall be extended to the next succeeding Business Day unless such next succeeding Business Day would fall in the next calendar month, in which case such Eurocurrency Interest Period shall end on the next preceding Business Day, (b) any Eurocurrency Interest Period that commences on the last Business Day of a calendar month (or on a day for which there is no numerically corresponding day in the last calendar month of such Eurocurrency Interest Period) shall end on the last Business Day of the last calendar month of such Eurocurrency Interest Period and (c) no Eurocurrency Interest Period for any (i) Eurocurrency Rate Revolving Loan shall end after the latest Scheduled Termination Date for the applicable Revolving Commitments under the applicable Revolving Facility or (ii) Eurocurrency Rate Term Loans shall end after the stated maturity date of such Term Loans.

  • Index Rate Loan means a Loan or portion thereof bearing interest by reference to the Index Rate.

  • Alternative Currency Daily Rate Loan means a Loan that bears interest at a rate based on the definition of “Alternative Currency Daily Rate.” All Alternative Currency Daily Rate Loans must be denominated in an Alternative Currency.

  • U.S. Base Rate Loan means a Loan denominated in Dollars which bears interest at a rate based upon the U.S. Base Rate.

  • Eurodollar Rate Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurodollar Rate Loans.

  • Eurocurrency Rate Advance means a Revolving Credit Advance denominated in Dollars or a Committed Currency that bears interest as provided in Section 2.07(a)(ii).
