Cancelled Certificate definition

Cancelled Certificate means, following the Effective Time, any certificate which immediately prior to the Effective Time represented outstanding Common Shares that were transferred pursuant to Section 2.3(d);
Cancelled Certificate means any QPP Certificate in respect of which HM Revenue & Customs has given a notification under regulation 7(5) of the QPP Regulations so that such QPP Certificate is a cancelled certificate for the purposes of the QPP Regulations.
Cancelled Certificate means any QPP Certificate in respect of which HM Revenue & Customs has given a notification under regulation 7(4)(b) of the QPP Regulations so that such QPP Certificate is a cancelled certificate for the purposes of the QPP Regulations.
