Cannabis Operation definition

Cannabis Operation means any Commercial Cannabis Activity permitted under this Article.
Cannabis Operation means any and all cannabis business facilities permitted under this article where cannabis activity occurs, as defined in Section 21.5.01
Cannabis Operation means any person engaged in commercial cannabis activity as defined in Business and Professions Code section 26001(k), as may be subsequently amended.
