Cannabis Operation definition

Cannabis Operation means any Commercial Cannabis Activity permitted under this Article.
Cannabis Operation means any and all cannabis business facilities permitted under this article where cannabis activity occurs, as defined in Section 21.5.01
Cannabis Operation means any operation permitted under this chapter to engage in one or more cannabis activities.

More Definitions of Cannabis Operation

Cannabis Operation means the cultivating, growing, producing, packaging, storing, distributing, advertising, trading, the performance of any research and innovations activities on legal cannabis or its derivatives, but excludes a medical cannabis processing facility and any retail cannabis business;
