Capability Declaration definition
Capability Declaration means in respect of a Flexible Unit, a notice of capability to provide Flexibility Services in accordance with Section 8 of Schedule 4;
Examples of Capability Declaration in a sentence
The Company will use the Capability Declaration, and all relevant contracted Flexible Unit parameters specified in Schedule 1, to issue any Utilisation Instructions.
The Capability Declaration shall specify for a given Flexible Unit the time period and the associated flexible capability.
Dynamic Utilisation Instruction volumes can be up to the Provider’s Capability Declaration, which cannot exceed the Flexible Capacity.
