Examples of Capable of independent verification in a sentence
A registered electronic signature shall be: 14.1.a. Unique to the electronic notary public; 14.1.b. Capable of independent verification; 14.1.c. Attached to or logically associated with an electronic notarial certificate in such a manner that any subsequent alteration of the certificate or underlying electronic document prominently displays evidence of the alteration; and 14.1.d. Attached or logically associated by a means under the electronic notary’s sole control.
