Pre-existing Medical Condition means any condition for which You received medical treatment, diagnosis, consultation or prescribed drugs within a 12-month period preceding the effective date of the Policy; or for which medical advice or treatment was recommended by a Medical Practitioner within a 12-month period preceding the effective date of the Policy.For Annual Plan policies, this also refers to a medical condition for which You have made a claim on a previous Trip or a medical condition, where treatment was sought or diagnosed within 12 months prior to Your travel; such condition will be considered a pre-existing medical condition for the purpose of subsequent trip.
