Capacity Share definition

Capacity Share has the meaning given to such term in Section 4.02.
Capacity Share is added to mean net payments received by MIRA pursuant to the Transfer Station Operation, Maintenance and Optional Future Development Agreements for use of the Transfer Stations to process Acceptable Solid Waste and Acceptable Recyclables received from other than Participating Municipalities.
Capacity Share means a water entitlement which is expressed as a percentage share of all or any of the following depending on the context in which the expression is used -

Examples of Capacity Share in a sentence

  • If COMPANY chooses to treat such recyclable material as Acceptable Waste under this Amended Agreement, such material shall be weighed and applied against SACO’s Guaranteed Plant Capacity Share.

  • If the COMPANY should voluntarily choose to terminate waste incineration and disposal alone, the COMPANY shall remain responsible for disposing of SACO’s Guaranteed Plant Capacity Share; provided further such obligation is dependent upon SACO paying its Tipping Fee for such waste disposal as set forth in Article 6.

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any Acceptable Waste which SACO can demonstrate was disposed of by or on behalf of SACO during a period in which COMPANY is excused from accepting delivery thereof by reason of Force Majeure shall be credited against SACO’s Guaranteed Annual Tonnage and its Guaranteed Plant Capacity Share under this Amended Agreement.

  • If SACO delivers in an Operating Year more Waste than its Guaranteed Plant Capacity Share, COMPANY will, in good faith, endeavor to accept such excess Waste.

  • The resulting amount shall be the amount of SACO’s Guaranteed Plant Capacity Share during the following Operating Year, i.e., the amount of Tons of Acceptable Waste that COMPANY is required to accept from or on behalf of SACO during the following Operating Year.

  • The allocations previously determined and published in the WECC “Path Rating Catalog” for the Northern WOR Path 46 as of the execution date of this Amended and Restated Victorville-Xxxx Interconnection Agreement are shown below (absent Marketplace-Adelanto 500 kV line) along with the Capacity Share Percentages.

  • SACO shall have an initial Guaranteed Plant Capacity Share of 24,000 Tons per Operating Year, which may be modified as provided in Article Five (5) Section C.

  • The Capacity Share Percentage of the Transmission System which a Party is entitled to use as shown under section 3 in Exhibit A.

  • Sections 11.1, 11.2, 11.3 and Exhibit A shall not be effective unless the CAISO provides written consent to the Capacity Share Percentages, and associated capacity sharing, established in Exhibit A pursuant to Section 4.4.3 of the Transmission Control Agreement.
