Acceptable Solid Waste. Acceptable Solid Waste shall mean Solid Waste which is not Unacceptable Waste and which is Collected within the City pursuant to this Agreement.
Acceptable Solid Waste. The materials to be collected and disposed of by the Contractor pursuant to this Contract consist of all municipal solid waste (including Ggarbage, refuse, Rrecyclables, trash and Yyard Wastedebris, and other waste materials generally generated within the Service Area; provided, however, that Unacceptable Waste is specifically excluded and the City, residents and businesses within the Service Area must not deposit Unacceptable Waste in any Contractor Container or Equipment.
Acceptable Solid Waste. Mixed household solid waste, commercial solid waste, industrial solid waste, mixtures of household, commercial and industrial solid waste, and construction and demolition waste, all of which are permitted under the governing permits and applicable laws to be managed at the Landfill and that are not otherwise Unacceptable Solid Waste.
Acceptable Solid Waste. Solid waste excluding Special Waste.
