Capacity Unit Value definition

Capacity Unit Value means the numerical value assigned to a specific Capacity Service that, when multiplied by the number of Capacity Units of Measure used, results in the Capacity Units consumed.

  • Unit Value means, at any time, the value of each Stock Unit, which value shall be equal to the Fair Market Value (as defined in the Plan) of a Share on such date.

  • ACCUMULATION UNIT VALUE means the dollar value of each Accumulation Unit in a Separate Account on a given date. (If Investment Funds apply as described in Section 2.02, then the terms of this Section 2.03 apply separately to each Fund, unless otherwise stated.) Amounts allocated or transferred to a Separate Account are used to purchase Accumulation Units of that Account. Units are redeemed when amounts are deducted, transferred or withdrawn.   • Contract Unit Price means the total price per unit charged to DLA Troop Support for a product delivered to DLA Troop Support’s customers. The Contract unit price consists of three components: delivered price plus distribution price less Government rebates and discounts. The unit price sum of the three component prices shall be rounded up or down as applicable, to the nearest cent to determine the final Contract unit price.

  • Initial Unit Price means (a) with respect to the Common Units and the Subordinated Units, the initial public offering price per Common Unit at which the Underwriters offered the Common Units to the public for sale as set forth on the cover page of the prospectus included as part of the Registration Statement and first issued at or after the time the Registration Statement first became effective or (b) with respect to any other class or series of Units, the price per Unit at which such class or series of Units is initially sold by the Partnership, as determined by the General Partner, in each case adjusted as the General Partner determines to be appropriate to give effect to any distribution, subdivision or combination of Units.

Preservation of CBM for an LSE allows that entity to reduce its installed generating capacity below that which may otherwise have been necessary without interconnections to meet its generation reliability requirements. The transmission transfer capability preserved as CBM is intended to be used by the LSE only in times of emergency generation deficiencies.

  • Vesting Percentage means the percentage by which the Target Total Award is multiplied as set forth in the chart in Section II below.

  • Unit Price means an amount stated in the Bid for which Bidder offers to perform the Unit Price Work for a fixed price per unit of measurement.

  • Baseline Value for each of the Company and the Peer Companies means the dollar amount representing the average of the Fair Market Value of one share of common stock of such company over the five consecutive trading days ending on, and including, the Effective Date.

  • Settlement Value means the amount which the holder of a Contract may receive for a Contract held until Expiration. The Settlement Value of a Binary Contract is $100. The Settlement Value of a Variable Payout Contract is determined as described in the definitions of Long and Short Variable Payout Contracts.

  • Nominated Energy Efficiency Value means the amount of load reduction that an Energy Efficiency Resource commits to provide through installation of more efficient devices or equipment or implementation of more efficient processes or systems.

  • Net Value has the meaning set forth in Section 1.68(a)(ii).

  • Day-ahead System Energy Price means the System Energy Price resulting from the Day- ahead Energy Market.

  • Daily Measurement Value means the Specified Dollar Amount (if any), divided by 40.
