Capex Carryover Amount definition

Capex Carryover Amount has the meaning specified in Section 7.16.
Capex Carryover Amount means, for any fiscal year of Parent, an amount up to 50% of the excess of (a) the amount of Consolidated Capital Expenditures permitted to be made in such fiscal year pursuant to Section 7.11 over (b) the Consolidated Capital Expenditures made by Parent and its Subsidiaries pursuant to Section 7.11 during such fiscal year.
Capex Carryover Amount means, for any Fiscal Year of the Borrower, the excess of (a) the amount of Capital Expenditures set forth for such Fiscal Year in the chart contained in Section 7.12 over (b) the aggregate amount of Capital Expenditures made by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries during such Fiscal Year.

More Definitions of Capex Carryover Amount

Capex Carryover Amount means, for any Annual Measurement Period, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of the CapEx Annual Limit over the actual amount of Consolidated Capital Expenditures made during the immediately preceding Annual Measurement Period.
