Capital construction funds definition
Capital construction funds means any funds used for capital construction, including, but not limited to, appropriated capital construction funds, agency funds, federal funds, private funds, or funds from any source held by an agency for management or investment purposes.
Capital construction funds means as of the date of any determination thereof, the aggregate amount on deposit in capital construction funds established and maintained pursuant to agreement with the Secretary of Transportation in accordance with Section 1177 of the Merchant ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇, as amended, 46 U.S.C. Appx. Section 1177, for the account of OSG and the Recourse Subsidiaries;
