Moreover, the Capital Increases will have no effect if the Board of Directors or, by delegation, the Delegate Committee or the CEO, does not exercise the powers delegated to it within the period of one year indicated by the Shareholders’ Meeting for making the Capital Increase, in which case it will report on that at the first Shareholders’ Meeting held thereafter.
