Capital Maintenance Contract definition

Capital Maintenance Contract or “CMC” means the Capital Maintenance Agreement and the CMA General Conditions.

Capital Maintenance Contract has the meaning set forth in Section 1.2 of the Capital Maintenance Agreement. Documents or CMC Documents Code has the meaning set forth in Recital A to this DBA. Contract Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 1.3 of this DBA. DB Contractor or Design-Build means , a , together with its successors and Contractor assigns. Capital Maintenance Contract has the meaning set forth in Section 1.2 of the Capital Maintenance Agreement. Documents or CMC Documents Certificate of Toll Zone Work means a certificate issued by TxDOT indicating that DB Contractor has satisfied Section Milestone all of the conditions set forth in Section 2.1.2.2 for Toll Zone Work Section Completion Milestone Completion on a Toll Zone Work Section. Certificate of Toll Zone Work means the certificate issued by TxDOT indicating that DB Contractor and the Section Opening Readiness Systems Integrator have satisfied all of the conditions set forth in Section 2.1.2.3, and it is acceptable for tolling operations to commence on and traffic to be shifted to the applicable Toll Zone Work Section. City of Carrolton means all Utility Adjustments required by the improvement of IH 35E (including Reimbursable Utility any Utility Adjustments performed along IH 35E or along stub outs on roadways Adjustments intersecting IH 35E) for City of Carrolton Utilities. The Utility Adjustment Work associated with City of Carrolton Reimbursable Utility Adjustments shall be included in the Work and the Price, pursuant and subject to Section 4.5 of the General Conditions, as amended pursuant to Exhibit 24 to this DBA. City of Carrolton Utilities means all Utilities owned by the City of Carrolton.
