CMC Documents definition

CMC Documents means the documents identified in Section 1.3 of the CMA. “Code” has the meaning set forth in ITP Section 1.6.4.

Examples of CMC Documents in a sentence

  • In addition to the General Warranty obligations set forth in this Section 2.1.4, DB Contractor shall be obligated to perform the Maintenance Services and all other obligations as set forth in the CMC Documents set forth in Exhibit 4 to this DBA and the QAP for DB Projects.

Related to CMC Documents

  • LC Documents means all applications, agreements and instruments relating to the Letters of Credit but excluding the Letters of Credit.
