Capital Maintenance Reserve definition

Capital Maintenance Reserve means a segregated bank account established and maintained for the benefit of the Leased Premises and the Overall Improvements solely for the purpose of holding reserves to be used for capital maintenance needs.
Capital Maintenance Reserve means a reserve to be established, funded and managed by the Operator of not less than of $60 per Residential Unit per month, as more particularly described in Schedule B, Clause C.1.
Capital Maintenance Reserve means a reserve to be established, funded and managed by the Operator, as more particularly described in Schedule A, section B.1.
