Renewal Request means a written notice delivered to the Agent in accordance with Clause 6.7 (Renewal of a Letter of Credit or Bank Guarantee); and
Withdrawal Request means an instruction given via the Client's Trader’s Room on the Company website to withdraw funds from the trading account and transfer them to the Client's External Account or the Account of the Client's Authorized Person, as specified in the instruction.
L/C Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(b).
Solvency Capital Requirement means the Solvency Capital Requirement or the group Solvency Capital Requirement (as applicable) referred to in, or any other capital requirement (other than the Minimum Capital Requirement) howsoever described in, the Relevant Rules;
Access Request means a request for access to Facilities and/or Services on the Access List made by the Access Seeker under subsection 5.4.5 of the MSA Determination and containing the information in subsection 5.4.6 of the MSA Determination and in Clause 5(b) hereof and as per the format in Appendix A hereof.
Guarantor Request and "Guarantor Order" mean, respectively, a written request or order, as the case may be, signed in the name of the Guarantor by the Chairman of the Board, a Vice Chairman, the President or a Vice President, and by the Treasurer or an Assistant Treasurer, the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary, of the Guarantor and delivered to the Trustee.
Capital Requirements means, as to any person, any matter, directly or indirectly, (i) regarding capital adequacy, capital ratios, capital requirements, the calculation of such person’s capital or similar matters, or (ii) affecting the amount of capital required to be obtained or maintained by such person or any person controlling such person (including any direct or indirect holding company), or the manner in which such person or any person controlling such person (including any direct or indirect holding company), allocates capital to any of its contingent liabilities (including letters of credit), advances, acceptances, commitments, assets or liabilities.
Minimum Capital Requirement means the Minimum Capital Requirement, the minimum group Solvency Capital Requirement or other minimum capital requirements (as applicable) referred to in the Relevant Rules;
Advance Request means a request for an Advance submitted by Borrower to Lender in substantially the form of Exhibit A.
Acquisition Notice has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.1(a).
Data Subject Access Request means a request made by, or on behalf of, a Data Subject in accordance with rights granted pursuant to the Data Protection Legislation to access their Personal Data;
Capital Budget has the meaning given in Section 3.11(a).
Change Order Request means a written request or proposal for a Change Order submitted by either Company or Contractor and including:
Urgent care request means a claim relating to an admission, availability of care, continued stay or health care service for which the covered person received emergency services but has not been discharged from a facility, or any Pre-Service Claim or concurrent care claim for medical care or treatment for which application of the time periods for making a regular external review determination:
Capital Reorganization shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.
Subject Access Request means a request for Personal Data falling within the provisions of Section 7 of the DPA and Article 11, 12 & 15 of the GDPR
Total Required Payment means, for a Payment Date, the sum of
Material Acquisition means any (a) acquisition of property or series of related acquisitions of property that constitutes assets comprising all or substantially all of an operating unit, division or line of business or (b) acquisition of or other investment in the Capital Stock of any Subsidiary or any person which becomes a Subsidiary or is merged or consolidated with the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, in each case, which involves the payment of consideration by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries in excess of $100,000,000 (or the equivalent in other currencies).
Acceptable Letter of Credit means a clean, unconditional, irrevocable letter of credit issued by a Wisconsin bank or any other financial institution acceptable to the commissioner which renews on an annual basis for a 3–year term unless written notice of non- renewal is given to the commissioner and the limited service health organization at least 60 days prior to the renewal date.
Direct Debit Request means the Direct Debit Request between Us and You.
Credit Event Resolution Request Date means, with respect to a notice to ISDA requesting that a Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee be convened to resolve:
Credit Event Reference Obligation means, with respect to any Payment Date, any Reference Obligation with respect to which a Credit Event has occurred.
Data Subject Request means a request made by, or on behalf of, a Data Subject in accordance with rights granted pursuant to the Data Protection Legislation to access their Personal Data.
Issuance Request means a Letter of Credit request and certificate duly executed by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower, substantially in the form of Exhibit B-2 hereto.
Credit Event Notice means an irrevocable notice from the Issuer or the Swap Counterparty, as the case may be, to the other party (in the form and delivered in the manner described in the Default Swap) that describes a Credit Event that occurred on or after the Effective Date of the Default Swap.
Work Request means a document prepared by the Contractor which describes over and above work being proposed.
