Capital Tranche definition

Capital Tranche means specified portions of Capital outstanding as follows: (a) all Capital for which the applicable Yield Rate is determined by reference to the Term SOFR Rate with the same Yield Period shall constitute one Capital Tranche, (b) all Capital for which the applicable Yield Rate is determined by reference to Daily 1M SOFR shall constitute one Capital Tranche, and (c) all Capital for which the applicable Yield Rate is determined by reference to Base Rate shall constitute one Capital Tranche.
